What is Planetlambo and what does it do?
We're a Tech Market Lab based in Buenos Aires and São Paulo. We design, produce and scale advertising campaigns, immersive experiences and intelligent agents for leading brands like McDonald's, Unilever and Danone. We integrate artificial intelligence where it adds value — from hybrid workflows blending traditional production with AI to fully AI-native pipelines — depending on each brand's brief.
How does AI content production work?
We operate with a flexible workflow that adapts to each brand's brief. AI can be integrated at any stage of the process: ideation and concept, art direction, visual generation, post-production or multi-platform adaptation. Its role ranges from a targeted contribution within traditional pipelines to end-to-end AI-native workflows, speeding up production by up to 80% vs. traditional methods.
Do you only work with 100% AI production?
Not exclusively. We do all kinds of advertising and audiovisual production, with AI integrated at some point in the process: hybrid productions combining traditional shooting with generative AI, AI-powered post-production, or pieces 100% AI-generated. We adapt the workflow to each brand's brief, not the other way around.
Do you only work with big brands?
We work with enterprise brands and startups that want to scale with AI. Our flex model adapts to each brief: from complete hero campaigns to innovation pilots that integrate generative AI into existing operations.
How do you quote a project?
Each project is quoted based on scope, technical complexity and timeline. We work with three models: per project (closed campaigns), monthly retainer (brands with continuous flow), and innovation pilots (smaller budgets to validate AI in existing operations). How long does an AI production take vs a traditional one?
A fully AI-generated piece can ship in 2-4 weeks vs 6-12 weeks for a comparable traditional shoot. Hybrid workflows optimize post-production, cutting up to 80% of time on retouching, multi-platform adaptations and versioning. Every brief gets its own milestone map.
Do you sign NDAs and handle confidential briefs?
Yes. We sign NDAs before any sensitive brief conversation and operate with workflows where each client's data, models and assets are isolated. We have experience with regulated brands (food, financial, retail) and corporate legal processes.
How is Planetlambo different from a traditional agency or production company?
We're a Tech Market Lab. Our core is integrating cutting-edge technology — generative AI, computer vision, multimodal agents — into the creative and production process of brands. We work directly with brands or as a technical partner to existing creative agencies.
Does AI respect brand guidelines?
Yes. We calibrate generative models with each brand's visual, tonal and product guidelines before generating any piece. This includes palette, typography, language, packaging codes and do's & don'ts. Every output goes through brand QA before delivery.
How do you measure ROI on an AI campaign?
We define KPIs in the initial brief: production cost reduction, time-to-market speed, lift in engagement, conversion or awareness. For AI agents and immersive experiences we measure interactions, retention and assisted conversion. We deliver reports with data integrated into the client's analytics stack.
